Life can feel overwhelming when you’ve spent years carrying the weight of everything—being the one others rely on, pushing through exhaustion, and putting your own needs last. You may feel constantly “on,” emotionally drained, mentally foggy, or disconnected from yourself. Even rest may not feel restorative anymore. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep living in survival mode.
My work is compassionate, non judgemental, person-centered and client-driven, guided by your goals, values, and lived experience. Together, we move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe, honoring where you are rather than rushing change.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”—it’s about understanding what helped you survive and creating new ways to feel more grounded, connected, and at home in yourself and your relationships.
