My name is Cindy Dudley. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). I provide evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for adults. My background includes working with a wide range of individuals, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities and serious mental illness, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This experience has helped me recognize the importance of providing individualized care based on each person’s specific needs. I work with adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, insomnia, and ADHD. I focus on practical, manageable treatment plans and ongoing collaboration, with the goal of helping you feel better and function more consistently in your day-to-day life.
Availability: Currently accepting new clients
Population Served: Individuals 18+
Areas of Focus: Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar, PTSD. Experience working with patients with schizophrenia/schizoaffective.
Modality: Assessment, Diagnosis, and Medication Management
Insurances: Currently Private Pay. $250 for initial visit, $150 for 30 minute follow up visits. Pending Insurances include Medicare, Aetna, and Premera. Willing to provide superbill.
