Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, trauma, or major life transitions. I believe that healing happens within a safe, supportive relationship where you feel truly seen and understood. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and creativity—meeting you or your child exactly where you are and working together toward meaningful change.
I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Master of Social Work in 2013 and I am licensed in the state of Washington
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an attachment-based lens and family systems work to support growth across all areas of life. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual—whether child, teen, or adult. When appropriate, I incorporate experiential and creative approaches such as art, sand, and play to help express emotions.
My goal is to create a space where healing feels possible and where you can reconnect with your strengths, discover new perspectives, and take steps toward lasting well-being.
